In the Worcester T & G on Friday (1/23/09) there was an article referencing the fact that a person that had been arrested for the possession of child pornography. The person was released because the evidence was thrown out by the judge. After reading the article and using your text, what are your thoughts on the facts of the case and do you agree with the final distribution and why or why not. Additionally, do you think that there are crimes that are so severe that the rules of evidence should be waived?

In my opinion the judge should loose his job. The people that watch child pornography are sick and they let him GO FREE WITH OUT ANNY CONSEQUENCES. Come on are you kidding me this man is probably a child molester. Who wants child pornography other than Michel Jackson……..people that are sick in their mind. It’s all right for a judge to through away a speeding ticket but is not all right for the judge to let a man that watches child pornography go free. He is a dangerous man for kids and society, we don’t want those people free we want them behind the bars or in mental institution where they can get help that they need. BY THE WAY JUDGE IS AN IDIOT BY LETTING HIM GO.

I belive that if they had undesputiable evidence against him that the sentence should have stayed and the judge should have gone to jail. if he was caught with the childpornography then he should have had to serve the sentence because there is no excuse when you have the evidence on you.

ok so this is the seconed time that i am replying to this everything that i have read i got from the telegram I belive that if they had undesputiable evidence against him even though he was should have gone to jail. if he was caught with the childpornography then he should have had to serve the sentence because there is no excuse when you have the evidence on you but it was taken illegal and new evidence will be found and he will be caught
